Brought in our 2024 Cadillac Lyriq for service because the active noise cancelling didn’t seem to be working. The service guy, Frank, had zero clue how to check it and asked “is that even a big deal, did the active noise cancelling didn’t seem to be working. The service guy, Frank, had zero clue how to check it and asked “is that even a big deal, did the salesman sell you on it or did you research it yourself?“ he also said he was t trained on it and since its brand new that no one was. He basically thought it wasn’t a big enough deal for me to have brought our car in to be fixed. I waited an hour to hear that nonsense, worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’ll drive an hour or away to find a better dealership. What crap and Frank needs to be fired! More
