Took my car to be this dealer to work on and they messed the whole alarm up on the car. Then was told by the service manager my car was a salvaged title car and they were not able to work on it. I bought the whole alarm up on the car. Then was told by the service manager my car was a salvaged title car and they were not able to work on it. I bought the car new at Kia of Chamblee at the time. The service department refunded my money and told me I would have to take it to another Kia dealership to fix it. Warning do not take your car here to be serviced! More
Service department doesn’t seem to have oversight. Wife went to get a new key made. 1 1/2 hours later, the key the made didn’t work. I am very disappointed in the service dept of this dealership. My 1st contact started with them claiming I had caused a problem to only find out it was a sensor under warranty and then I needed a part dealership. Well it is 5 weeks later and I call today and am told no parts have been ordered. More
My last two automobiles have come from this dealership. I travel out of town to go there because they are professional,kind and don't try to pull your leg. Called the dealership for service. I told them my car was losing power intermittently while driving and the check engine light was on. I bought the car from them a year ago and have had it in for routin was losing power intermittently while driving and the check engine light was on. I bought the car from them a year ago and have had it in for routine service. They told me it would be a month before they could fit me in!! WTH!!! I called Jim Ellis in KSW and they told me to bring it in early the next day. They said its an oil consumption issue. Got me booked for an appointment a week later and got my car working. Both a Sales mgr and the Service mgr got involved. I was in and out in an hour. I will never go back to Carriage Kia again!!!! More
