Eric Robinson was great, it’s no wonder they call him “the car doctor”. Super energetic and charismatic. First I will say, I hate going to car dealerships and rather do everything via text/phone and just arrive to sign and drive away. Which is what I did with my 2022 car I purchased on 3/14/22. However, this experience was different and although I hate sitting at dealerships, Jimmy Hendrix made the entire in person experience very pleasant! Eric Siefkes in the service department is an all star! He addressed the issue I was having with my Sorento quickly and professionally.
