On the way to the dealership I prayed I would have a better experience than the day before at another car dealership. My wife and I pulled up Sunday at opening hours and although extremely hot outside, better experience than the day before at another car dealership. My wife and I pulled up Sunday at opening hours and although extremely hot outside, we were greeted by the "Car Doctor". "Happy Sunday" were the first words we heard with a friendly smile. Eric was well versed and adapted to my needs during the car buying experience! He wasn't pushy, aggressive, and overall the Happiest, Friendliest, and Experienced Car Sales Rep I've dealt with in many years. My experience with Mark Levy was GREAT and put the icing on the cake! Mark was cool, easy going, and supportive in the transaction! Shawn Smith had me in and out in a jiffy with the completion of my financial paperwork and a good attitude! Eric Robinson was great, it’s no wonder they call him “the car doctor”. Super energetic and charismatic. First I will say, I hate going to car dealerships and rather do everything via text/phone and just arrive to sign and drive away. Which is what I did with my 2022 car I purchased on 3/14/22. However, this experience was different and although I hate sitting at dealerships, Jimmy Hendrix made the entire in person experience very pleasant! Eric Siefkes in the service department is an all star! He addressed the issue I was having with my Sorento quickly and professionally.
