Service excellence Upon arrival staff greeted us at our car and asked what they could do for us. Informed them we had an appointment and our name. Staff asked us to wait inside while he gathered information from the car. Upon entering the service desk area in just a few moments another staff member informed us someone would be right with us. The first team member came in a few minutes later and confirmed what our appointment was to have serviced. After that he walked us to the waiting area and asked if we needed drinks or a snack. Additionally prior to returning to the service desk he asked if we would like the vehicle washed prior to being returned. After about 30 minutes he came to let us know they were going to need to order the part to affect the repair and that the vehicle was being washed and should be ready shortly. About 10 minutes later he returned once again with the statement of work and provided an expected timeline for the part to arrive. He then walked us out to the vehicle and wished us a Merry Christmas just in case the part did not come in before then. More
