Maintenance experience I needed to get an oil change and decided to take it back to the dealership. The service desk was friendly and greeted me promptly. They said it would be an hour or so and they would wash the car too. Went back to get the car and all the staff were quite friendly and service was done as promised. The car wash was not the best...some parts of the car were quite obviously missed but it was 25° out, so I'm not too upset about it. Still 5 star experience and would recommend to anyone. More

Outside of the factt that they are extremely honest and do great work, this place is spotless....you could eat off the floor. They offer so many great beverages and drinks (Starbucks coffee, various tea selections, soft drinks and many snacks including fresh popcorn). They have a children’s section and they are dog friendly. They have wi-fi tables as well. The sales lobby is beautiful - a white piano and all the cars inside are white. Enough about the surroundings, the staff is outstanding and so friendly and show appreciation for their customers. I love this place. Ask for Eric Siefkes...he is my Service Advisor. He stays in top of it. More
Cadenza Alignment issue-questionable car purchase Took to Tires Plus for alignment issue 2x because they said their computer reports car is aligned. Steering wheel sat in the center before I took it to them. They could not correct and demanded that I buy new tires although there was 50% life left on current tires. I gave up and took the car to the Kia dealership. They aligned car and gave me the print-out showing minimal discrepancies from Tires Plus' findings. I noticed steering wheel was still positioned a few degrees left of center after I left dealership. I went on a road trip the day after they returned it to me and the adaptive cruise control stopped working 30 miles into the trip. SCC failure lights up occasionally but the main issue is cruise is set and doesn't not maintain any distance between cars in front and your car; what is supposed to be an advanced safety function is actually making it more dangerous to drive. A brief history: This is a CPO 2015 Kia Cadenza with every option offered. It came with 21k miles and was bought 11 months ago. As a CPO you get 12k miles/12 months platinum warranty from purchase date. The 1st defect was the soft touch "leather" part of the dash over the instrument cluster was bubbling up. This was replaced 10k after I bought the car without question. I love the look of the car and performance but these mechanical defects take time out of my life especially when nagging minor issues have to be addressed multiple times. The car is the envy of my family and friends with it's superior looks and features but the defects so soon are a big turn off. The customer service advisors and facilities are great but the ultimate experience falls off when I have to keep returning after 11 months of ownership. This is my 1st Kia product owned and it's falling short on expectations. I came off owning a Toyota Avalon a comparable competitor that had zero style and above average reliability with minimal features and I drove it to 239k before selling off to my mechanic. The new Avalon was too narrow, had terrible seats, and was simply a slightly larger Camry. I'm not going to a premium brand and not interested in a boring Toyota but regrets with my Kia...I've had a few. It's difficult to rate the customer service and quality of work in survey if this issue is a quality of product issue... More

Took a little longer than I thought it would, but they washed and vacuumed the car upon return which was a nice surprise! More
