Went in today thinking about upgrading to a newer vehicle. Eric was great. He asked what I wanted and found the perfect vehicle for me. He is so personable and fun to work with. Vehicle arrived and had clearly been in a front end collision (replacement headlight, peeling clearcoat, etc), again not disclosed by the dealer. Salesman (Austin) ignored every attempt I made to contact him once he was paid on the sale (2 months now and still no license plates or a call back from him). Also to note, Austin and the finance team ran my credit without my permission ( I have written messages explicitly telling them to wait). Overall poor experience. Would not recommend More

My husband and I purchased a new car 2 weeks ago. We traded in his 2017 Toyota Tacoma for a 2022 Kia Sorento. We came to an agreement on price and financials based on the fact that the car only had 7 miles on it. The contract even says 7 miles. You know how it is, lots of paperwork, you sign and want to get out of there after 5 hours at the dealership. Anyway, we pull off and I notice the miles says 1010, and not 7, but it does not register. When we get home we notice the miles, and also a paper with someone elses name, address, drivers license number on it. A test drive agreement dated 7/11-7/14. Interesting.... We return the next day with the mindset that it is all a big misunderstanding and they want to work together to fix the problem. We told them the contract was signed and stated the car only had 7 miles on it. We have paper proving someone else was driving it. Was it returned due to defect? They assured us it was not and that it was an employee using it as a personal vehicle to commute back and forth from Canton. (Perk of the job I guess) Anyway, we said we would like to figure out a new agreement, as the contract is void, and we believed we were buying a new vehicle. They stated they gave us the price we got with this in mind, but we know that is not true, as the contract states 7 miles. They gave us the price that we got to try to sell the car. $1k off asking btw. They said there is nothing they can do, except for us to return the car. We said ok, what is the procedure. They came back and said "Our policy is not to take cars back, we can trade it in" We had no time to fight, I was getting ready to leave for a trip the next day and they knew it. We could not return the car and get my husbands truck back, and they were not willing to adjust price or work out a new deal even though they had made a mistake, the contract is void because it is incorrect, and they would not honor a return after offering one. I contacted KIA about it and reported them, and there position is to contact the Sales Team at the dealership we have an issue with. Update to find out they lied about the paerwork left in car, it was a loaner car for a customer, and they stated it did only have 7 miles on it when they got it and they put about 100 miles on it. Where did the other 900 miles come from in a day at most. We will be reporting to the BBB, Dealership Commission, Attorney General, and Consumer Commissioners. More
