Bought a used car from out of state. Pictures and videos I received from the salesman excluded obvious physical defects in the vehicle that were not disclosed to me until after the car w Pictures and videos I received from the salesman excluded obvious physical defects in the vehicle that were not disclosed to me until after the car was paid for. Vehicle arrived and had clearly been in a front end collision (replacement headlight, peeling clearcoat, etc), again not disclosed by the dealer. Salesman (Austin) ignored every attempt I made to contact him once he was paid on the sale (2 months now and still no license plates or a call back from him). Also to note, Austin and the finance team ran my credit without my permission ( I have written messages explicitly telling them to wait). Overall poor experience. Would not recommend More
