Bad service department Service department is terrible. Every time I bring my car in for problems such as water in a light they do not fix it right the first time and I have Service department is terrible. Every time I bring my car in for problems such as water in a light they do not fix it right the first time and I have to bring my car back. I live 45 minutes away and this happens every time I bring my car. I brought it 3 times for my sunroof, 2 times for one light with water in it and now I'm going to have to bring it back a second time for another light with water. It is a waste of time. Do your job right the first time! When you have a repeat customer that has had problems other times you should make sure that customer is ratified. More

I found Carriage Kia of Gainesville to be excellent but too far away for convenience. The new dealership in Woodstock is convenient and the service has been excellent with none of the bad experiences I had at my former place. More
