Great service department Purchased my Kia Optima 3 years ago from another dealer, Carriage was not in Woodstock at that time. Stopped into Carriage recently when I needed new Purchased my Kia Optima 3 years ago from another dealer, Carriage was not in Woodstock at that time. Stopped into Carriage recently when I needed new wiper blades. The service advisor, Joe Robbins was awesome and even put them on for me. I was impressed with the service and decided to schedule my oil change and tire rotation with Carriage. I arrived for my appointment, was greeted by Eric Siefkes, a service advisor who immediately checked me in and showed me to the waiting area. Carriage Kia has a very nicely equipped waiting area with coffee, drinks, snacks and phone chargers. My service was performed in less time than quoted, Eric went over everything with me and I was on my way with a freshly washed, vacuumed and serviced car. I will definitely be going back to Carriage Kia for all my service and when the times comes to trade my car in. They far exceeded the service that I received from Cobb County / Jim Ellis Kia for the last 3 years. I highly recommend Carriage Kia. More

I had just had a terrible and sadly typical visit to a competing dealership closer to home so I wasn't excited to drive 2 hours just to experience the same treatment again. My wife is a savvy shopper and reluctantly agreed to accompany me. When we arrived my wife went to the lounge (very comfortable) while I dealt with the sales crew. We had already decided on the car we wanted. First I asked Chandler to appraise my trade and told them I expected $200 above Kelly Blue Book trade value because it was in exceptional condition. No pressure was applied to test drive the car we had selected but they did bring it up in case I wanted to inspect it which I did. I asked for 2 new rear tires to match the new tires they had already put on the front. They immediately agreed. I went back to tell my wife that it was as everything we had hoped. Mark, the appraiser returned to say they would be happy to pay my price for my trade. Huh, thats never happened before. I asked for a printout of the deal as it stood thus far and I promptly had it. I objected to one entry because their internet page said that that charge was already included in the internet price. They apologized and corrected the deal sheet. I reported this to my wife and we took a closer look and a test drive of the car. When we returned it took another 15 minutes to close the deal with Josh in finance. We were in and out in just a little over an hour. It's been 4 days since then and the car is great. The new rear tires go on tomorrow morning. Oh I forgot, we did this deal on a Sunday so we had to go back for the new tire installation. They gave us a tank of gas for our inconvenience. I have no reservations in recommending Carraige KIA of Woodstock but always do your due diligence before buying any car. More
