Kia 2019 Everyone was very nice , didn’t take to much time at all . Clarence was very easy to deal with he had my car ready to go in no time . Excellent customer service and accommodations I went in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and a few other concerns that required them keeping my car overnight. Eric arranged a loaner car an I went in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and a few other concerns that required them keeping my car overnight. Eric arranged a loaner car and for the next 2 weeks they took excellent care of me- no hassle, no fuss. And to top it all off, because I was still under warranty, my costs were minimum. It was such an easy experience! As long as I have a KIA, I’ll always take it to Carriage! More
