Excellent customer service and accommodations I went in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and a few other concerns that required them keeping my car overnight. Eric arranged a loaner car an I went in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and a few other concerns that required them keeping my car overnight. Eric arranged a loaner car and for the next 2 weeks they took excellent care of me- no hassle, no fuss. And to top it all off, because I was still under warranty, my costs were minimum. I cannot say enough good things about this car dealership! We had narrowed it down to two dealerships that we were wanting to buy a car from. A local Chevy dealership and Carriage Kia. Customer service is by far some of the best we have ever received. Chandler our car salesman was excellent in making sure we had drinks, snacks, and anything to make us feel comfortable. Once we figured out what car we wanted he went to work getting the numbers right for us. Which wasn't easy because of our credit score which is extremely sub-par. With the help of the manager on site (I believe his name is Tim?) we were able to get a brand new 2019 Kia Optima with 0 down! Can't believe that they got it to where we needed the numbers. The experience after our purchase was even better, the financing paperwork was quick and painless, and they even walk you through every part of your car to make sure you know how to use the technology. We will never go to another dealership again, and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! More
