Check engine light on I called for an appointment and set one up for Tuesday AM. I was able to drop the car off on Monday around 4PM and the service department was able to I called for an appointment and set one up for Tuesday AM. Chris, my service rep, called me and let me know what they would do to take care of the issue and also let me know if the first fix didn't work then he would call with more info regarding a more costly fix. Luckily the first fix worked and I was able to pick up my car by noon on Tuesday. More

Seeking to trade vehicle. Purchased a new, 2019 KIA Soul from them on 17 Oct. 2018. Have made on-time payment TO THE DAY with KIA Motors Finance. Was told via text to ask for the internet sales manager, but was shunted off to one of the floor guys, when I arrived. They didn't want to play ball on trade for a 2020 Sportage. Their reasoning was that I had only made 11 payments, They stated I needed a year's worth. Never told me the amount of trade allowance on MY car, which only has 9200 miles on it and is in "mint" condition. Took my car keys away from me and didn't give them back until I informed them I was walking away from them. First servicing in May was extremely slow. Took nearly three hours and I had an appointment. More

I have been to the others and Eric Siefkes in the servi I have had the best service experience with Carriage Kia of Woodstock for the last few years. I have been to the others and Eric Siefkes in the service department is a true professional. I have had recalls, issues with doors, out of warranty actuators go out and other minor fixes. I have always been treated like family by Eric in service and I will challenge you to find a more caring and attentive service adviser in all of the Kia dealerships. I have never wanted to try any independent repair shop because Carriage Kia of Woodstock is home to me for my vehicle needs. More
