Amazing Purchase: Kia Niro PHEV at Carriage of Woodstock We live in Florida, but could not find the specific plug-in hybrid we were looking for: Kia Niro EX Premium PHEV. So, using the "build my Kia" online We live in Florida, but could not find the specific plug-in hybrid we were looking for: Kia Niro EX Premium PHEV. So, using the "build my Kia" online website, we got pretty close to the car we wanted, but still needed to ask some financing questions and feature questions. And the closest dealers that even had the car were in Georgia. So I called several, Carriage of Woodstock being the last. Sales and Leasing consultant Marc Taylor, clarified all our questions, and we happily discovered that a light colored leather option did exist. Another dealer had told us leather was only available in black. When Marc explained they had several vehicles on the lot, we picked the color, put down a deposit, and booked a flight to Atlanta to pick up our new car. Having never bought a car sight unseen, we were nervous. Marc from Carriage picked us up at the airport in a Niro PHEV and we knew we had made the right right choice! And Marc showed us how well this vehicle drives as we drove to the dealer. Carriage of Woodstock is an impressive facility. Modern, landscaped grounds, friendly staff, and a high-tech financial document processing department. Zero pressure by anyone. We were treated like a king and queen. Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with, THE BEST salesman I have ever dealt with. He was patient, helpful, kind, understanding, and did not pressure us at all. Next I want to recognize Travis in financing, whatever Carriage is paying him they need to immediately give him a raise because he is more than deserving. I have never had a car dealership finance department employee break down and explain things the way Travis did. I learned so many things during the 30 minutes we were with him. He made what was already a great experience that much better, and my wife and I walked away from the financial portion of the car buying experience confident and a better understanding of what our purchase entailed. My father in law who was with us during the entire purchase said that in his time of buying vehicles 40 years or so that he has never seen customer service like we received at this Kia dealership. Overall a great dealership. This is my second time purchasing a car from Carriage Kia and in working with Nick. Nick is great to work with in making the sales process smooth and efficient.
