Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with, THE BEST salesman I have ever dealt with. He was patient, helpful, kind, understanding, and did not pressure us at all. He helped make our car buying experience so easy. I will always recommend this dealership, and especially always recommend Eric to friends and family. If I could give Eric 10 stars I would. Next I want to recognize Travis in financing, whatever Carriage is paying him they need to immediately give him a raise because he is more than deserving. I have never had a car dealership finance department employee break down and explain things the way Travis did. I learned so many things during the 30 minutes we were with him. He made what was already a great experience that much better, and my wife and I walked away from the financial portion of the car buying experience confident and a better understanding of what our purchase entailed. My father in law who was with us during the entire purchase said that in his time of buying vehicles 40 years or so that he has never seen customer service like we received at this Kia dealership. Overall a great dealership. This is my second time purchasing a car from Carriage Kia and in working with Nick. Nick is great to work with in making the sales process smooth and efficient.
