Carriage Kia of Woodstock

Took my car to be this dealer to work on and they messed the whole alarm up on the car. Then was told by the service manager my car was a salvaged title car and they were not able to work on it. I bought the whole alarm up on the car. Then was told by the service manager my car was a salvaged title car and they were not able to work on it. I bought the car new at Kia of Chamblee at the time. The service department refunded my money and told me I would have to take it to another Kia dealership to fix it. Warning do not take your car here to be serviced! More

Service department doesn’t seem to have oversight. Wife went to get a new key made. 1 1/2 hours later, the key the made didn’t work. I am very disappointed in the service dept of this dealership. My 1st contact started with them claiming I had caused a problem to only find out it was a sensor under warranty and then I needed a part dealership.
