Great buying experience!! I looked all over North Georgia for a Telluride and found one at Carriage Kia. I made an appointment online and was super impressed with how easy it was to get there car we wanted. Having only seen videos of the Telluride, Eric took us for a test drive and pointed out all the features. He was very knowledgeable and professional and simply answered all our questions. No pressure. We got a fair offer for our trade in and a good lease rate. Travis in the finance department got us in and out quick with no pressure. We had a very thorough delivery which thankfully included getting help setting up our phones with the Kia app. All in all we were very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to purchase any future vehicles with Carriage Kia. Very few sales people know when to let the customer sell themselves. Eric is one of those few. He pointed out key features and answered questions, but when I told him I'd researched the car on the internet themselves. Eric is one of those few. He pointed out key features and answered questions, but when I told him I'd researched the car on the internet before coming over, he focused on helping the process fit my timeline and the purchase be as smooth as possible. We spent as much time talking about life as we did about Kias. It's great to have a salesperson who understands the importance of the relationship, not just the sale. Mark was friendly, courteous, and funny, Both of them happily stayed late on Wed to make sure my questions were answered. And both were happy to see me when I returned Thursday to look at a totally different car (which I bought). Because neither of them pressured me, not only did I return the next day, I asked to look at a car that was more expensive than the others. That's what I mean when I said "Eric knows when to let the customer sell herself on the vehicle." If he had pushed that car on me, I'd have run away. Instead, I felt like I'd discovered it on a treasure hunt (browsing your website). I know it's "just business," but it felt like friendship. (smile) Then there's Mr Mayor in Finance. WHAT A GUY! He explained everything but never pressured. Legitimately the most stress-free finance process I've ever had when buying a car. I knew I'd pay more for a car in this current market, but mine died on me, so I had no choice. I'm glad I came to Carriage Kia, and that Eric, Mark & Mr Mayor were the folks I worked with. The entire process was friendly, simple, and pain-free. I knocked one star off the price review, but that's a reflection on the current market, not on Carriage Kia. Y'all were as open and transparent as you could be. Radically different from some of my past experiences at other dealerships. Keep being awesome, y'all! More

I have had my Kia Optima-SXL serviced at Carriage Kia in Woodstock for the past six years due to the good reputation of the dealership. Kia recently alerted me that the engine for my vehicle had been flagge Woodstock for the past six years due to the good reputation of the dealership. Kia recently alerted me that the engine for my vehicle had been flagged for recall. I began to have concerns about the performance of the vehicle, so I took it to Carriage Kia for service. Eric Sieskes said they would perform a test on my engine, and if the engine showed signs of problems, the engine would be replaced. Kia attempted to perform the test, and during the test, my engine blew up! Kia now tells me that the engine failed due to another mechanical problem even though the engine failed DURING the test that they performed! They now insist that the engine that THEY said was under recall was NOT eligible for replacement. I am still waiting on a return call from Service Manager, Kevin Parsons. I am a recently divorced single-mother and thought I could rely on the trustworthiness of the staff at Carriage Kia. BUYER BEWARE! More
