He allowed us time alone to compare both cars. He never once pushed us to buy the more expensive one. He said, “Take your time, it’s a big decision.” They worked wth us to get our payment where we needed it. In the end we walked away with exactly what we wanted. Excellence at it's best.. Duane aka Fireball is always very helpful. This is the 5th car purchased thru him.
