After warmed up and in his office he showed us all the rebates that was offered at the time and played no games. Asked us where we wanted to be and we worked a deal right then and there. No pressure and extremely informative with each question we had. it was a great experience from him to the financial office. For some odd reason I’ve always held off going to carriage to buy a vehicle, I’m small town and like smaller dealers, but Duane has changed my mind and has all mine and my families business from here on.
