My daughter had her windshield wipers changed while away at school and one quickly fell off. I stopped by Carriage Ford where we bought the car in 2016 and they not only took the time to help with my mundan at school and one quickly fell off. I stopped by Carriage Ford where we bought the car in 2016 and they not only took the time to help with my mundane task, they sent a service technician out to change it for me. Everyone I encountered from the service desk to the parts counter, to the technician was so friendly and kind. I know it seems like a small task, but they made me feel like a valuable client. It makes me feel good knowing they still treat me like family! More

Not friendly. I was kind of intrusion to him. Brusque. Called to the cashier when they announced my Ford Ecosport was ready. She wasn't friendly but took my car I was kind of intrusion to him. Took my f150 in for oil change. Did not have appointment but was checked in within a few minutes of arriving. One hour later I received a call telling me my truck was ready.
