The most disrespectful selling experience I’ve ever been apart of. We put a deposit down on a vehicle and waited a month and half for it to arrive. Throughout the entire communication process, they withheld information and waited until we got there to let us know about a FOUR THOUSAND dollar up-charge for vehicle shortage. We sat there trying to figure out what went wrong but they just kept trying to sell us a car we didn’t want, with about $9k in marked up prices. It was shocking. No apology, no recognition of our time. I’m writing this baffled. Eric is a laughable salesman/communicator and the whole experience was just generally disheartening. More

We went into Carr Subaru looking for a newer model forester, Jessica Wallach And her team once again had me in shock with their offer and interest rate. I have bought 3 vehicles from them in the last year and change and I will never go to a different dealer after dealing with Jessica and her wonderful team. They worked wonders for me (I don’t have ideal credit) and I walked away with a brand new Forester with a touring trim. They kept their word on the price of the vehicle even after some hiccups with the supply chain (it’s hot). They kept their original offer on my trade in for more then two weeks and I still walked away with the car I wanted and the price they promised. If I could give 6 stars I would. More

Unfortunately, the service center of this dealership has scammed me twice now. Once when I came in to get my 60,000 mile maintenance done. First time they overcharged me for the inspections, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Second time, they charged me for a fix, when no service was done to the vehicle. I know no service was done to the vehicle because the repair technician wrote “could not replicate the issue, no service performed”. More

They were selling a used 2021 crosstrek with 10k miles and some weird re-arranged logo for $38,000! We went to Portland Subaru and ordered a brand new one for $27,000.
