Day 1 - 03022021 - I just went to Subaru to get trade-in value of my car and to test drive Subaru forester. I went bit late and Daniel was the only person whom I saw on that day. He was super-fast in assisting me right from start. He understood my vehicle preference and explained me the difference between Forester and Outback and best features of both. The One statement he said to me which made to work him next day was "Once you decide to buy a Car and enter CARR SUBARU we will make sure that you are not leaving the store without a Car". Day 2 - 03032021 – I got my car during which we had multiple back and forth conversations which happens with any dealerships. When he handed over the keys to me, he took time (more than 30 mins) in explaining all the features that came with the car. Though the time is 08:30 PM he waited patiently and made me to try everything by myself like starting the car, reversing, Opening the trunk, Opening the hood, Curse control and various driving assistance options that came with the car. The best part I liked is after 2 days of my car delivery I messaged him about some of the safety features which I did understood well at sometime around 11:30 PM in the night. To my surprise I got response with in 5 minutes and he sent couple of videos which better explained the features and he sent the following text when I said sorry for messaging his personal number late night – “I am always here for questions.
