NEVER BUT FROM THEM!!! I have never been treated so terrible. I started coming here in 2010 and since then have made several purchases of new vehicles. I have recommended that my family shop here and I would say all together we have purchased 10 cars from Carr. Now why would you go any where else if what I told you just now is the absolute truth. The team Carr here can't be be beaten by any other dealer in town. My man that heads up my sales team is Scott Chavet. You will.not find another person that gets you deals and makes sure you get more then you expected from your sale. This man is amazing and yes use him if you can, but if he's busy there are several good sales people to help you. Getting your services there is just unique and you will see when you have your first service done. I love this dealership and of all the others they deliver and even after the sale it doesn't stop. I've purchased over 50 vehicles in my life and this dealership is about the third worst I have ever dealt with. Save your time and money and go somewhere with more integrity! More

There is a little slip put on every car with the real marked up price, which is not the total price on the sticker. The salesman was very dishonest. I was sold a damaged, defective vehicle. My new Chevy has stalled 12 times. Onstar says they have no record of it and the computer does not detect it. It is just another excuse to avoid warranty service and fault the driver. When it stalled at 55 mph on hwy 217, it is nothing short of a miracle that I was not killed. I will not service my car there. It was damaged during service. I had to threaten to call the police to get it fixed. A complaint was filed with the state of Oregon for price switching and deceptive business practice. I will never buy another Chevy again. More

I did a lot of research online before going to buy my car. I decided on one that met all my criteria and went to test drive it. The front office staff was friendly and helpful, someone came out with a c car. I decided on one that met all my criteria and went to test drive it. When I said I was interested in looking at a car she found a salesman to help me. Each time I visited after that the front desk receptionist was friendly and promptly called for the person I was there to see. The salesman I worked with was knowledgeable and I felt took the time with me without being pushy. He followed up with a phone call, but again was not pushy. We returned for a second test drive and Leo was glad to see us again and answered all my husbands questions. There was no haggling over the price, we bought the car for the price advertised online. We then worked with Rick for our financing. Rick listened to what we wanted and found financing that met our criteria. When we were test driving the car there was an hiccup with one of the locks, and upon delivery of the vehicle I found the lock was not working at all. Even though it was a week later, I called Rick, he said he remembered that it was not working correctly when he was showing us the car and he would take care of it for us. I appreciated that probably more than anything. I found Rick and Leo very honest to work with and not your typical, pushy "car salesman" type. I am extremely happy with my experience at Carr and I would buy another car from them in the future. More
My review isn't as much about the dealership as it is about the salesman that we had contact with. Over all I find the Dealership to be very good. To start with (( Adam Mlady )) at first contact was very nice. Now my wife and I had came to the dealership that day to look at a 2007 Chevy truck 2500HD with a Diesel engine and Canopy. Well then Mr. Mlady launches into himself, and believe me Mlady is all about himself. We had to listen to how great of a salesman he was and about winning his Chevrolet ring, the ring. If you ever have contact with this guy watch out for the ring, he likes to talk about it and how great he is. Now to get back to why we came there in the first place, we wanted to look at this truck. I called and was told that it was at the main store, we live in NE Portland by Hwy 205 and had to drive out to Beverton to see the truck. Well when we ask about the truck, the one I called about! Well it seems it's sold! At least that's what he told us, sure enough it's not on the lot. So while Mlady talks about himself, we drive around the lot looking for a used truck that will fit the bill, sure enough nothing was there. But their were plenty of 2012 and 2013 New trucks on the lot, now we tell Mlady that we can't afford a new truck. And besides (we have Financing in place) to buy a used truck at around $31000. to $36000. But Mlady tells us that he can make anything happen, and he can get us anything we want. We tell him how much money we have to spend, and we also tell him that we (( DON'T WANT HIM TO RUN OUR CREDIT )) he doesn't need to because we have it in place already! Well we couldn't make a sale that night and went home without the truck we wanted, but I happen to call the Carr used car lot the next day. And I asked about trucks, and guess what? They have the truck I was looking for on there lot, it wasn't sold after all! Mlady lied to us!!! So I told Andy Summers that I would be right over to see the truck, when we get there it seems that another saleswoman came over and got the truck. The one we wanted to buy, we all jump in a car and head to the main store, and by the time we get there it's already sold. Well to make a long story short, we did get a truck. An 2007 Dodge SLT BigHorn 3500 Diesel. The used store has really gone out of there way to work with me, they put my tires off my trade on the truck I bought. And are installing Heated Leather seats also. I can't say enough how great these guys at the Carr Used car store have been to us!!! More
CARR Chevy always goes out of their way to help! Adam extended his hand to help us get our Malibu serviced when he sold it to us. He programed his cel number in the steering wheel so that if we needed hi extended his hand to help us get our Malibu serviced when he sold it to us. He programed his cel number in the steering wheel so that if we needed him, he said just push the button and say "Call Adam." He then set the apt up and then even got us lined up with a rental while it was getting done. The service was taken care of, we got the windows tinted, and I got my car back with a smiling face waiting for me from Adam when I went to go pick it up! Thanks again Adam and the rest at CARR Chevy! Go see them! Best car dealership in the state, hands down. More
