Easy car-purchase process I was in interested in purchasing a 2018 Chevy Equinox in January of 2019. Very good experience From the moment I walked on the lot to final delivery, I was treated with respect and a genuine willingness to find me a car that I wanted within my l From the moment I walked on the lot to final delivery, I was treated with respect and a genuine willingness to find me a car that I wanted within my limits and expectations. Looking for a used car, I was skeptical and I wasn’t sure about what model I wanted but I had some general parameters. Aaron was great and worked with me to try to narrow it down by letting me test drive a lot of different makes and models before bringing in the sales consultant, Edward Benlow. When I still hadn’t found “the one”, Ed searched for other cars within my now clearer parameters and locked in on one that fit perfectly. They accepted that I wanted to do some research on the car for a few days and made an appointment for me to come back (on his normal day off) to finalize this if I still wanted it. My research was positive as I accepted delivery at that appointment Edward even drove my 2nd car back to my house so I didn’t have to uber back to get it home. Edward was also fun and entertaining while we waiting for all the final paperwork to get prepared. I paid in full so I can’t offer any reference for financing, but John Reuter was great with final paperwork and that part was as pleasant as it can be to sign a bunch of documents. Very pleasant experience with no pressure beyond being helpful and accommodating. I love my new, used, Nissan Leaf. More
