Rachael went far beyond my customer service expectations. Rachael Richards should be rated a 10! She completely exceeded my expectations for a car salesperson. Unfortunately, the manager (not sure of name Rachael Richards should be rated a 10! She completely exceeded my expectations for a car salesperson. Unfortunately, the manager (not sure of name) did not communicate that we would need to wait for the finance manager ( Dennis Garcia), who was working with another customer. It took 6 hours for the management team to finalize our purchase, after we agreed on the car and the purchase price. We would have been very happy to have been told of the delay and been able to go have lunch, then return, for the paperwork. Instead, we where told, numerous times, that they were almost done. I don't believe this was Rachael's fault, I feel she was communicating what she was being told. We were very tired and just wanted to finish the paperwork, Dennis was very into hard selling us all of the various extended warranties. I was grateful to have John Reuter assist us, when we picked up the car, to remove the warranties and rewrite the financing, which took very little time. More
