As I live far away, on his day off, he got my car and gave me a loaner so I wasn’t inconvenienced. I’ve never had a customer service experience like this before! He followed up to assure I was happy. My main critique is we had to wait two hours to sign the papers, and then the numbers I was told were different from the actual paperwork. I’m 8 months pregnant and was exhausted, so I signed but it has left me feeling uneasy about the transparency of the financing with the dealership. It would be nice if they could have the integrity to honor the monthly price I was told. Besides this, it was a great dealership to work with. More

Amazing People with Amazing Results 24 hours and I walked out with a brand new 2018 Chevy Cruze. Originally I came to buy a used car but my credit score was low and i had already gotten 24 hours and I walked out with a brand new 2018 Chevy Cruze. Originally I came to buy a used car but my credit score was low and i had already gotten a couple no’s from other dealerships. We recently relocated from Hawaii and were having an even harder time getting someone to work with us because a lot of people seen us as a flight risk. First off, our sales person, Ben, was amazing. He showed us different options and gave us advice on how to make this car work not just for our short term transportation goals but also our long term goal of buying a house. Their team including Riza, Nick and John and they seriously worked their magic to get us off that lot with a car that’ll be safe for our little family and stepping stone for our future.
