I was promptly ushered into the garage and then taken to the best waiting room of all of Oregon's Chevy dealerships I've been to. Since buying my 2017 Volt I've been looking for a "home" base for the car...I found it today. While wandering around I met Leo Lopez. He asked me if I was interested in seeing some new cars. I asked specifically to see the 2019 Volts he had in stock...I was looking for a blue one. No luck on the blue but there was one that was white. I asked him what was different between the 17 and 19. He actually knew. It's rare to find a sales person that can speak "Volt". Yes, I volunteered to take a test drive. Bear in mind, I wasn't there to buy a new car...but I did. Leo and I had a very friendly haggle. I knew I was being exceptionally stubborn in my search for the perfect deal. Leo would ask to be excused and would leave to consult with management. He'd return with a "absolutely" or a friendly counter offer. I ran this exceptional salesman through the Navy Seals obstical course and back again. He didn't break a sweat. This dealership, and Leo, bent over backwards to make me happy. I drove home in my new Volt. Now I have to explain to a less accommodating wife, why she has a new car. Upon arriving met by a very pleasant and courteous salesman ( Steve Hunt ), paid attention to my wife and myself, answered all the questions we had ab Upon arriving met by a very pleasant and courteous salesman ( Steve Hunt ), paid attention to my wife and myself, answered all the questions we had about the car we were there to look at. Brought the car out, demonstrated some of the features went for a test drive. We negotiated a price without having any pressure. Finance person was professional and no pressure to purchase other services. Salesman then walked us through all features of the vehicle. We did discover a issue with one of the keys which was taken care of by the staff. The service advisor ( Tyler Bradshaw ) handled all of the fixes in a very pleasant and welcoming way. All in all we had a very pleasant experience. More
