Took my truck in for a recall and to check out a rear end noise. They ended up replacing the rear leaf springs under warrantee. There was an issue and the tech ordered the wrong springs but they admitted a noise. They ended up replacing the rear leaf springs under warrantee. They overnighted parts from reno and was able to get the tech assigned to my truck to come in on his day off to complete the job. This is real dedication and is very appreciated. Clear and fast communication from Irvin was very appreciated. When the repair was completed I noticed my steering wheel was turned right 10 degrees or so while going straight. Irvin was able to get a tech to align the truck the next morning (Free). I am unsure how it got misaligned but it didn't have this issue when I dropped it off. Irvin didn't question the issue and showed a great deal of trust in me telling him about the situation. More
BE WARNED! !!!!!!! Lying sales men and women. I bought a used truck and paid cash. They did not show me anything on the truck NO SERVICE RECORDS,NO SAFETY INSPE !!!!!!! Lying sales men and women. I bought a used truck and paid cash. They did not show me anything on the truck NO SERVICE RECORDS,NO SAFETY INSPECTION, or what they did to the truck if ANYTHING. They didn’t even change the oil because it wasn’t due from the previous owner for another 3000 miles. Priced like it was in great shape so it SHOWED UP AS A GOOD DEAL But when I got there and the key less entry did not work !!!! I had to use the key to unlock and lock the truck. So I REPLACED THE BATTERY IN THE FOB MY SELF !!!!! and it had scratches and two tires in need of replacement. No floor mats. No keys to the nice truck box they pictured it with. VERY HORRIBLE VEHICLE PREPARATION TO GET IT READY TO SELL TO A CUSTOMER TO BEGIN WITH. I was unable to pick the truck up for two days due to me having to find a ride to pick it up. I lived 2.5 hours from the dealership. I got there to pick up the truck and it was not even cleaned from the test drives She said it was my fault because I didn’t call that day and tell her I was on my way to pick it up. I CALLED HER THE DAY BEFORE AND THE DAY BEFORE THAT SO THATS 2 DAYS NOTICE AS FAR AS I WAS CONCERNED AND THE TRUCK WAS PAID FOR AND SITTING THERE FOR 2 DAYS BEFORE I COULD PICK IT UP. MORE LYING !!! and they could not even put any gas it. They left the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas. And After signing papers they called the sales person over the paging system to congratulate them on the sale and walked me right out the door !! I know it’s because they got what they wanted. Did not even ask me if there was anything I needed before getting on the road for 2.5 hrs home. CARR DEALERSHIP AND ITS EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS ONLY THE BOTTOM DOLLAR. Absolute worst buying experience of my life, I will never recommend Carr Chevrolet to anyone I know. Sarah Moss my sales rep LIED to me multiple I can prove through text message's I saved, who treats a custo recommend Carr Chevrolet to anyone I know. The service department and 35 year GM master tech that regeared my new Colorado is suspect at best. They did the gear job twice and shipped it out the door with the gears improperly installed. When I questioned the whining gear noise, Sarah gave me the lame excuse "those gears alter the truck to much there's going to be some whining" I have that text message to prove it too. I would have ruined both axles in my brand new truck if I would have believed Sarah and kept driving my truck that way. I took the truck back, 4 1/2 months later they redid the gears for a 3rd time with the correct installation parts and the gears sound great. But low and behold, by the time I drove the 44 miles to my house the rear pinion seal is leaking. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I waited 6 1/2 months for my new truck. If I treated customer's like this at work I would be fired, no if's ands or butt about it. More
