Once we got to the dealership it was a great experience. I would have given 5 stars if it didn’t take so long to get paperwork sent over to my bank the day before we drove 5 hours to get the car. Service Department Very Disappointing I have purchased 4 cars from Carr in the past 10 years and have to say I won’t be making any future purchase from them due to the service department I have purchased 4 cars from Carr in the past 10 years and have to say I won’t be making any future purchase from them due to the service department I was told I couldn’t make an appointment for routine service on my 2018 Equinox Premiere for a Saturday which is odd because I always had made appointments before. When I showed up on Saturday I was put at the end of the line because I didn’t have an appointment My car has a warranty repair that has been postponed for almost a year Fernando said he would personally take care of ordering the needed part and would call me to schedule. This never happened . The service manager texted me after I tried to call me to discuss what the delay was . He promised follow up but it never happened Now after almost a year he is blaming the GM strike when I called again because I never got that follow up he promised You guys nee.d to hire someone who cares about customers We will be buying our next vehicle elsewhere More
