Great till you sign the papers.. I Purchased a 2007 Silverado from Carr chevorlet in Beaverton in October. i worked with the "Sales manager" Jaime the whole day. when i showed up he I Purchased a 2007 Silverado from Carr chevorlet in Beaverton in October. i worked with the "Sales manager" Jaime the whole day. when i showed up he had the truck ready to go for me to test drive, i test drove the truck with the fuel light on. this didn't bother me much, knowing when you buy a car the normally fill the tank for you. He kindly accepted my request to look under the vehicle while it was in up on a lift in the service area.I Requested the service records the dealer performed on the truck multiple times and never got it till asking once again a week after buying the truck from someone in the service department. The truck was missing a few parts, he helped me get quotes and get them ordered. after signing the papers, they cleaned up the truck for me, but still left on a empty tank of gas. i requested them fill it or at least give me 1/2 a tank to get home. I Don't believe ANYONE AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS AT A DEALER SHOULD LEAVE WITH A EMPTY GAS TANK. after much effort, Jaime finally gave me a fuel voucher, for a pathetic 3 gallons. I Came back with a friend after 3 weeks of waiting for parts to come in, to learn the parts were there 2 days after buying the truck, they never called me as Jaime told me he would. More

Bought a 2017 Mazda3 from Carr Chevrolet About 2 weeks ago I started the process of buying a new (used) car. I decide on a Mazda3 Touring since I had owned one before. On day one I researched About 2 weeks ago I started the process of buying a new (used) car. I decide on a Mazda3 Touring since I had owned one before. On day one I researched vehicles online and picked 6 that I liked. On day 2 I drove to the different dealers and looked at the cars and one of the Mazdas was at Carr Chevrolet in Beaverton. I met Steven Hunt in Sales and his friendly, personal and no pressure approach impressed me in a very positive way. To make a long story short I bought the Mazda from Steve at Carr and the whole buying experience was positive from A to Z. The Mazda was a recent trade in and had not been detailed. Steve took care of that himself and by the time my wife and I returned to pick it up it was sparkling clean. Great sales rep, great dealership, I’ll be back. Thanks, Andrew More
