Bought a used Toyota Tacoma from Carr in 2019 - the salesman we were assigned was super nice and helpful, and after two days we were able to get to the right price and finish the deal. A few extra people were brought into the process that added confusion and difficulty to the process, including bringing up hidden previous damage and a lot of schiestery conversations around pricing and the warranty. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and the lifetime warranty is well worth it, but without that warranty I don't think I would go back. More
