I was fully informed of what was going on. Raychel was fantastic (even though her angelic magic was a bit off). The service technician was unable to rotate my tires (due to no fault of his). Apparently, there are after-market lugnuts on my 3500HD Denali truck and it was overlooked when the truck was gone over before being put on the lot. Not a big deal, I obtained a proper lug key from NAPA Auto Parts where I live. So, maybe in the future, you might add that to your vehicle inspection list before you put it on the lot for sale. Now with that being said, after 40 years of being a Ford customer, Carr Buick GMC has earned a customer for life. One of very few dealerships whose entire employee tree (from salesman to the Top Dog), is knowledgable, 100% honest (not something one would expect from an auto dealership), and genuinely cares about the customer. The dealership had two good points. The Vehicle price and the Salesperson. The vehicle is the most important part because that is what you take home. The reasons for the lost stars? A lowball offer for my trade for nebulous reasons without any in person explanation. Another dealer gave me the full price I asked for the trade vehicle. Would be difficult to recommend Carr to my family and friends. More

I purchased a 2015 Corvette Stingray from this dealership, the buying process was easy but had to play the back and forth game and walk out of the dealership to force them to bargain even a little dealership, the buying process was easy but had to play the back and forth game and walk out of the dealership to force them to bargain even a little. Once the sale was completed attempting to contact the salesman and finance person about whether my car would be complete for pick-up fell on deaf ears. I had to call the sales manager myself and everything worked out. Once I got home, I realized the second remote was not working and requested that they just let Carr Chevy in Beaverton know I would be having it looked at during a future service appointment and to please make sure it is taken care of. I got a reply that they can’t approve that. So, sell me the car then don’t take care of me, not a great customer service plan. I also requested from the salesman a list of what they did to the car prior to placing it on the lot, got blown off with no real concrete answer or list, again the sale was already completed. They also had no idea about the features of the car and never went through anything on the vehicle on closing, It wasn't a horrible experience but really didn’t feel like they cared once I had already purchased the vehicle. The salesman Matt was very nice and professional, which I did appreciate. I would have appreciated follow up on the question or two I had for him and he did not get back to me on two of my questions and concerns. More
