POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE They basically told me how to fix my own warranty covered car in a rude manner. Very poor service. My car had a spring that kept getting hung up and They basically told me how to fix my own warranty covered car in a rude manner. Very poor service. My car had a spring that kept getting hung up and stuck on the passenger seat and they said it was fixed and when I got there it was not and then tried to show me how to fix my own seat when it gets stuck. My car is still under warranty and yet they lied and said it was fixed and then when I get there they want to show me how to fix it if it happens again! Olga and the service manager got rude and gave me dirty looks for me complaining about the service. They should not be in management because they are not nice when customers get upset. I had to end up talking to the general manager who will help me in the future if I ever return. More

I got a car inspection and was told that my tint did not pass inspection. Well I have not added or changed anything on my car, so all this time you all have been passing my inspection. I now will no longer go to this dealership for service and question all of the work that has been done there. I now wonder if they made up things wrong with my car or even said things are okay when they aren’t! More

The person at the desk told me i needed a new engine, but the mechanic said i didn't. He wasn't exactly sure what was going on until he started working on it. The rep at the desk said he wasn't allowing any repairs to be done unless i paid half of the $8995 up front. I asked why would i do that especially when you didn't fix the car last year. The same rep reported the car stolen. Tje went to my daughters home. I spoke to many people at carolina volkswagon at least twice a day for the week i had the loaner car. They put off allowing me to get a loaner car for the longest, until i mentioned that i was going to the news. More

Terrible Communication & Service As I emailed the Service and General Manager last week. (No response to date) We recently brought the car in for service and was told everything wa As I emailed the Service and General Manager last week. (No response to date) We recently brought the car in for service and was told everything was fine, the fluids were checked and there is nothing wrong. A day later, the windshield fluid indicator came on. I emptied an entire jug to refill it. This marks the third issue with the car, where the dealership says the problem is solved yet it continues. Yesterday, the light came on and we filled it up again with another jug. We will bring the car to another dealership who is willing to look into the issue and correct the defective parts of the car. Additionally, the level of service experienced at Carolina VW has been at the near bottom of the barrel. There is a lack of communication and my wife waits for hours with no explanation on when the car will be ready or if she should just come back in "X" hours. Additionally, in the near five times we have brought the car in, the dealership has yet to wash the car as a courtesy as done by other dealers. This will likely be the first and last VW we lease/own. At this point we only want the defects corrected since we will be on attempt #4 the next time it is serviced. More
Needs improvement I arrived at 9:30 for a 10:00 appt, and they didn't even take the car back to the bay until 10:30. I was in for an oil change, and inspection, and a recall check. After 2 hours waiting, I asked the service adv9sor how much longer it would be, and she told me "they made a mistake, and they inspected it before they fixed the recall, so now they have to reset again, and reinspect, andni might be another 30 mins." Ok, fine. 2 more hours later, I was still sitting there, everyone else on the waiting room had left, and I didn't get out of there until 2pm. What is the point if making an appt of I had to still wait 5 hours for 3 things, 2 of them being simple, on a brand new car? More
