Poor attention by service advisor The service took over a week to perform a simple task, not the problem. The service advisor never called me with any details or kept in touch about t The service took over a week to perform a simple task, not the problem. The service advisor never called me with any details or kept in touch about the extra time. I had to call and ask what was going on. I asked the service advisor to put my temporary tag in the car so it would not get stolen. She agreed to do so. When I received the car my tag was not on or in the car. Initially she told me I had not left my plate, then she later found it in the service bay. After paying my bill she then asked me to give her high marks on this survey. At the very start she said she would keep me informed but I had to make the calls. The bright spots were the actual service performed on the car and the driver who was very pleasant with my drop off across town. I would also have to say the service advisor was always friendly and pleasant even if she was lax in her duties. More
