Accurate, Fast & Polite I’ve been in Charlotte one year today and I’ve only dealt with this dealership. All of the other service or general help was great but this particular I’ve been in Charlotte one year today and I’ve only dealt with this dealership. All of the other service or general help was great but this particular time was by far the BEST! I woke up to a dead car, got a jump to make it to the dealership, late to work already now by 20mins they found out the issue, replaced my battery at a great price. I mean amazing. Love the guys there ! More

new key fob the waiting area is super comfortable w/ fast wifi. starbucks coffee is fresh & delicious. soda & snack availability is definitely a plus. the wait the waiting area is super comfortable w/ fast wifi. starbucks coffee is fresh & delicious. soda & snack availability is definitely a plus. the wait took a little longer than my expectation. 1 1/2 hours to program my new key fob. 1 hour would hav been nicer. that last 1/2 hour was a pain. but am happy to hav my new key working. Needed a new key Talked with Mike McClaskey by phone to order a new key for the 2014 Jetta I bought from a private owner. It took 2 business days (over a weekend) for Talked with Mike McClaskey by phone to order a new key for the 2014 Jetta I bought from a private owner. It took 2 business days (over a weekend) for the key to arrive. Mike called me to say that the key was in. He didn't have a service slot for that very day, but I offered to come do my work in the waiting room for as long as it took him to work in the programming that my new key needed. Mike was happy with that. I was there about 2-1/2 hours before Mike announced that my new key was ready. He also answered some other questions and promised to get back to me by phone when he could do some research about one of them. The only downside is that getting a single key made is hugely expensive ($263). More

My service tech- Mike McClaskey- let me know what was needed and that it wouldn’t take long. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dealership is clean and the waiting room is comfortable. More
