My previous two experiences through Carolina VW has been outstanding. John and Josh have been amazing helpful in helping me repair my 2006 Passat which has recently began to run into it's share of problems outstanding. John and Josh have been amazing helpful in helping me repair my 2006 Passat which has recently began to run into it's share of problems. However, each time I leave this dealership, I feel as if my car has run better than it has in a while. It should be noted that even though I live in Columbia, SC (and Wray VW is right around the corner), I still choose to drive over an hour each way to have Carolina VW work on my vehicle. Couldn't be happier with their work thus far and look forward to future visits when necessary. More

I've been coming to Carolina VW for many years now to service my Beetle. I tried going to VW South first because it's so much closer to my house, but I was very unhappy with their work quality and custo service my Beetle. It's worth taking the extra drive to go to Carolina VW because I know my car will be well taken care of. Also, Carolina VW doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. Finally, I appreciate they have a free shuttle to work each way. More

Took my daughters car in to have the oil & filter changed and the tire rotated. Took about 1 hr and the car was ready. Service tech (Brian) was great to work with. Very friendly and helpful. To go on, it was his extra effort that has caused me to ponder buying a new VW, of which was not on my radar before. In these current dark markets Dealer Principals and Department Managers would be well advised to follow the lead of their valued parts and service staff. The sales person may be the one that sells the first unit, but service, parts, and the dealer "family" sells the 2nd, 3rd and so on. My car broke down an hour outside of Charlotte, and it was dropped by the towing service that night. Before I even could contact them in the morning, John called to let me know where they stood. Took my vehicle in for a noise and John and Phillip hooked it up. They told me the wheel was about to fall off but assured me "It'll be alright!" after the repair.
