Am thinking I will take my smaller repair issues elsewhere next time. Well over $100 for an oil change, tail light replacement and nail in a tire fix. Seems very extreme! My Volkswagen Routan 2009 was in service for 24,000 mile maintenance, state inspection and replace wiper blades. New vehicle had obstinate creaking and rattling noises - John and his tech team kept at it until the issue was resolved. They found that the original factory assembly had ommitted several body to chassis r John and his tech team kept at it until the issue was resolved. They found that the original factory assembly had ommitted several body to chassis rivets. It required removing several interior finish panels to find the sources of the noises. They fixed it, the noises are gone, and the interior panels show no traces of ever having been removed. Good Job guys! More
My 2010 Jetta TDI developed an oil leak at 16,000 miles. From reliability standpoint this was disappointing, but the in-warranty repair was conducted professionally. Brian showed me the source of the leak while car was on the lift and explained what had caused it. He consulted with corporate engineers to identify a fix, making me feel comfortable that it would return the vehicle to original condition and not just a patch up. The loaner was a new Beetle with 2.5 liter gas engine. As well as the car performed, I still missed the response of the 2.0 diesel in my Jetta. Based on this contact with the dealer, I rate the experience as great. More

When I take my car for service service and parts dept are always very helpful to fi my problem and recommeneded the way to handle and I was pleased . When I take my car for service service and parts dept are always very helpful to fix or advise of the solution .I always know the price of the service before the work is started and always explained to me what steps willbe taken .If a car is needed I am provided one also. John was extremely courteous and helpful and communicative. He gave me a loaner and kept me informed about the service issues. Car was in for 10,000 miles service. Service personnel were very courteous both on leaving the car and afterwards when picking up. Customer service was great in my opinion.
