poor customer service The last time I visit the service department they told me a warranty was not to done but to schedule it so I schedule that with my yearly Maintenance The last time I visit the service department they told me a warranty was not to done but to schedule it so I schedule that with my yearly Maintenance package they told me that the service for the warranty was already done which they did not do in the 1st place after talking to them about it and being demanding about it they looked into it. Found out that it Was not done and completed the task as promised. Then I had to call them both times to find out if my vehicle was done which was done both times 2 hours prior to and I called the only person that was top notch reliable and kind was the Courtesy Van driver. More
Service Parts department was fantastic my part was ordered and received the next day . Service Department installed the part and hardly no wait time . Mechanics are truly talented. Management is not. I can't give the mechanics high enough praise. They are skilled and reliable. Service management is something different. I've gone to this service cen I can't give the mechanics high enough praise. They are skilled and reliable. Service management is something different. I've gone to this service center for years. I've had excellent experiences in the past. Not the case anymore. Entire team has been different the last 2 times I've visited and it's very clear that revenue has become the primary concern, not costumer service. I won't be coming back. More

Extremely late on repairs.Not very professional Very confusing on the explanation of how the repairs would be handled.my repair was simple.key broke off in the switch so needed a key and lock cylind Very confusing on the explanation of how the repairs would be handled.my repair was simple.key broke off in the switch so needed a key and lock cylinder and assembly.it took me explaining over and over.I was told to order a key and cylinder at the parts counter which I did.have vin numbers and proof of ownship.ok after a week and a half didnt hear nothing,I called and they said oh we ordered the wrong part.ok when will it be ready .another week no call.I called back and they said ok Its almost ready.I asked what the bill was.well it was about two hundred more than discuss.they said my battery was bad so they put a new one in.I informed them to call me if any other cost were to be added no call.I knew the battery was good because it was only three weeks old.it was drained because the key was in the on position when it broke.they said they charged it overnight but it wouldn't charge.well when I got home I put it on charge in less than three hours it charged to 13.9 volts.it held charge for several days I put it in my other car just to see if it would hold charge,well a week later its good.so I was told I got 10 percent of the labor portion off the bill because they were late.ok thanks but I ain't stupid that ten percent was well made up for sticking me with full price for a needless battery.also received an email basically blaming me because they said I came in and order my on parts before they looked at the car .well duh it doesn't take a genius to know the switch broke and it broke the key off.they told me to order the parts that day.and then to top it off oh we don't believe you about the battery so bring it back up here and we will look at it together.so either they lied and didn't charge the battery or just simply didn't take the time to charge it or just wanted to take attention on having the car for three weeks.I feel I was treated like I wouldn't notice the battery cost but I did More
