Matt Testa is a Great Service Manager! I was traveling from Cleveland to Orlando and experienced some problems with my Passant. Matt Testa and Tammy Hough helped me. They found my car was still certified so I only had to pay a $50 deductible. They did the needed repair and offered to do the two recall repairs! They offered a loaner car while they were servicing my car. When I experienced additional problems on my return trip they handled it at no additional cost. They "wowed" me. Exceptional service for a customer they may never see again!!! More

Best service I purchased my car in other state but I have been servicing in this dealership this year. The service advisor Charles is trustworthy, very knowledgea I purchased my car in other state but I have been servicing in this dealership this year. The service advisor Charles is trustworthy, very knowledgeable, honest, polite, and truly care about his customers. Charles is always available when needed over the phone also when I have service questions about my car. I didn't know my tires were in so bad shape and he called me to tell me how concerned he was with my safety driving this car, explained the risks and recommended me to change tires as soon as possible. When I replaced tires, I certainly noticed the difference it made having new tires in my driving and safety in the road. The sales, General manager and sales reps are also available to answer questions about your car. The waiting are in the service department is always well stocked and clean neat. This is a service department I can trust. Thanks for the service provided. I definitely recommend this dealer. More
Leased vehicle battery died, charged my wife $200 My wife's 2014 leased vehicle won't start, so we get it towed to your site. Service rep was dismissive tells my wife she has to pay $200 for a new battery because they can't guarantee the one it came with. The battery is less than 4 years old, it's not her issue, she did nothing wrong and its leased, stand by your product and I'm really fired up about how my wife was treated. Lastly, when she informed him that she would be turning in the vehicle for new lease, but now was concerned and stated she might not lease again he said, "that's ok" (i.e.i Don't care, not my issue). this is not acceptable. Service dept is great My husband and I bought my car 2 years ago used. Just a few weeks later his car was totaled and we went right back and bought him a car here as well. Since then, my car has had some repairs needed. Charles, my service advisor, has always gone above and beyond to make any and all repairs as painless as possible. Whether it be getting me in quickly, getting a loaner while my repairs are being done, being understanding that not all repairs fit the budget on any given day and working to get things done when manageable without pushing for the hard sell. He even went above and beyond to have the service manager contact the warranty dept when one of the repairs fell just past my warranty but well below the expected mileage that should come with such a repair. Overall, they've done everything they can to keep me as a loyal customer and I truly appreciate it. More
Worst experience ever. Worst dealership ever. Either a complete scam or "bad luck," so the manager told me.... To start, go in for a warranty software update and get charged Worst dealership ever. After doing some research, I find that it was covered under factory warranty and complained. I was told I would get refunded and that the advisor didn't know even though I asked him to call me if it wasn't under warranty. I get the car back and the cruise control doesn't work. Call back and they say it was a mistake and that when updating the computer you need to activate systems and they didn't. Bring it back to get that fixed and the oil leak. When I pick the car up, it's making a funny noise from the power steering. Thinking it was just an air pocket in the power steering, it would just go away. The weekend goes by and the noise gets worse. Call the dealer again and was advised to return and get it checked. Upon inspection they found that the power steering rack and power steering line were leaking, which were not noted in the last two multi-point inspections. Said it was not related to the repairs they made even though the noise didn't start until I picked the car up that day. No leaks during the whole weekend and upon picking the vehicle up, leaks constantly. I was assured that it was a normal issue, that Volkswagen expects you to consider purchasing a new vehicle at 80k and that I just had bad luck...... How's that for a service department? DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! More

Reason for service visit was to fix oil leak in my 2010 Jetta TDI. This was the second visit in about two months for the same problem. First fix did not correct the problem; leak returned two months late Jetta TDI. This was the second visit in about two months for the same problem. First fix did not correct the problem; leak returned two months later. David and Wes made a thorough study, consulting with corporate VW to identify root cause of the leak. Car was at the dealership for a week to diagnose and fix the problem. A 2010 Passat was provided as a loaner, so no great inconvenience was caused by the lengthy in-warranty repair. Two weeks after return of the Jetta has not shown any further leakage. Will monitor further. More
