I can't express the gratitude I have for this service dept. I had been to this service center previously to have some high mileage maintenance work performed. The experience then was great, so it was a no-brain I had been to this service center previously to have some high mileage maintenance work performed. The experience then was great, so it was a no-brainer to bring it back. This time, my vehicle was in need of a clutch, not a small or cheap repair by any means. Carmen immediately began brainstorming options to ease the burden of the repair, including calling my vehicle's previous dealer, and advocating on my behalf with my extended warranty vendor. Matt investigated my vehicle and options thoroughly to make sure I was given the best options. Carmen worked with me for two hours, her patience was incredible, and her level of care and concern was unlike any I had ever seen in service advisors. I truly do not have enough great words to say about their service department, and I know that next time I need any service, they will be the service center I choose. They turned a nightmare repair in to a positive experience, and for that, I can't thank them enough. More

Today, I had the unfortunate experience of having my car break down. After having my car towed to their dealership, I was put in the care of Charles Hedrick. Charles is a warm and friendly service advisor who helped get my car repairs quoted, parts ordered, and repair scheduled within an hour of first arriving at the dealership. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be completed and answered all of my additional questions – and there were many. He even offered to explain everything again to my Dad when I told Charles I wanted a second to go over everything with him. Charles then went above and beyond when he found someone to shuttle me home even though their shuttle driver was off for the day. The Carolina Volkswagen staff really helped take the stress out of a stressful, and not so great day. I will use Carolina Volkswagen for future car service needs and recommend them to anyone who wants knowledgeable service technicians who put the customers first. More
