The staff is efficient, respectful and always friendly and positive. No matter how short notice, they always manage to accommodate the customer to get the car fixed as quickly as possible, and have driven me to work at the hospital whenever I needed a ride. Matt Testa was always so helpful and knowledgeable when he was in service, and I am not surprised that he has risen to a management position. He was missed when he was gone for awhile, and he runs a great department there in service. Charles Hebrick has helped me many times when I have been there to have my car serviced. He is very organized, compassionate and Volkswagon is fortunate to have him as an employee. Carmen Marquez is also another asset to the service department. I have decided to purchase a different car this time for a change but had the new CC replacement been available right now, I certainly would have stayed with Volkswagon as the service is a great selling point for Volkswagon. More
AMAZING Service review: emergency flat tire repair I recently had a sudden flat tire traveling south on 74, just before this dealership. It was urgent that I find a place to pull over to seek repair. I knew Carolina VW was there as my brother had purchased 2 Jettas (with a great sales experience both times). One part luck in being closeby, and one part amazing service staff. Thank you so much to Mick Marshall and the repair reps that helped me put my spare on that day. They analyzed my (irreparable) tire and offered to get me a replacement within a couple of hours. We decided to put my spare on instead. I was ready to pay for their time and labor, but to my surprise, they put my spare on FOR FREE...on my Toyota! I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to bring a VW in for service any time! Thanks again Carolina VW! More

From my POV, my worst car servicing and purchase experience I waited for months to have an issue resolved with my new Car Purchase. The sales person was not knowledgeable. At the time of sale his enthusiasm stopped with selling a car. Not good. Within a week had an issue with the vehicle. Made appointment at service center to end up returning countless times. They simply could not get it right, kept deliverying car dirty and said they could not hear the issue. Waste of time and effort I personally found. The experience was the worst I’ve ever experienced in service over the 26 years I’ve been getting my cars serviced. They had no desire or will to fix the issue. I was even asked to get a second opinion and go elsewhere. Not a way to great a customer! They truly in my opinion didn’t represent the brand VW at all. The manager of the service department seemed rattled and not focused. And my opinion unprofessional. They had multiple times to fix the issue and did not. I asked to speak to administration multiple times. At first the general manager seemed like he was accommodating. He made me an offer to resolve the issue in early October 2017. To this date the offer has not been delivered. A few weeks later the general manager resigned. I have been told that what should I expect when you have to pack pounds of xxxx into a little box by the service manager. Service also mentioned not to have dealer hate. I don’t. I tried multiple multiple times to have them fix this. Four months after purchase I have asked to speak to the new GM. I’ve asked this favor of Matt Brown twice. I haven’t gotten any calls back. I was told to seek and go elsewhere. That was good advice by the service department at Carolina VW. I followed their advice and am happy I personally did. As my I type this I sit in a professional environment across town getting my car serviced professionally. More

Good customer experience People candor is great in this shop. I did an oil change to my Jetta 2010. The service was very fast, 30 minutes.
