Tried to rip me off!!! January 27, 2018- took VW Passat in for 30,000 mile check up. Told me I needed rear brakes- $324.95. Took to another shop and told me I didn't need re January 27, 2018- took VW Passat in for 30,000 mile check up. Told me I needed rear brakes- $324.95. Took to another shop and told me I didn't need rear brakes. I had another 15,000 to 20,000 miles before I would need rear brakes. January 29th I called Charles Hedrick back after another shop had checked brakes on Monday. He said: he would talk to tech person. I wouldn't recommend this service dept. Although two other visits went good. But my third visit, this is what happened. More

David Brown really knows the VW brand and details about all makes and models and puts a positive spin on everything. Ben Madsen is extremely loyal to the VW line and was very thorough and patient in giving information and feedback. More

I purchased an 2009 gti from drivetime, and the car has been in the shop numerous times with I have nothing but rave reviews to say about Carolina VW. I purchased an 2009 gti from drivetime, and the car has been in the shop numerous times with the bogus thing they sold me. Charles and Carmen worked me each time. They fought the warranty company for me to make sure I was taken care of. Also, Charles and Carmen provides me with a loaner each times it was in the shop. The last time it went it, it needed an engine. I had the loaner for over a month and they were okay with it. Carmen kept fighting for my cause with the warranty company because they were trying everything to get out of the engine. Im oretty sure i would not have been able to still drive the GTI which I do enjoy greatly, if not for Charles and Carmen. They need a bonus a Raise ! all of it! More

I picked out a VW Jetta sports black with black/tan interior I was so excited about the car. However the had a little bit of trouble finance due to one of my check stubs was under a staffing agency. so they gave me two weeks to bring back the down payment of $2000.00 down.The day I bought the money into complete the transaction they sat me down and had me waiting for a good 45 mins. The orginal saleman never even spoke to me the whole time I was there. they sent a young lady over to me to tell me they sold the car that they had on hold for me. She aplogized but of cause to me that is bad bussiness. They let me come out their with the perception that my car was ready to take off the lot.. When my significant othe rdecidedi should look for another car I really didnt want too.after the way I was treated. After I put my money down for the new car the fiance manger ask me to lie about the service i recieved there. But I can tell you Carolina Volkswagen superseeds and professional customer service Charles is my service go to guy he is the nicest guy and always a pleasure to work with. In a Pinch My car battery died and I had some important appointments to get to that day. Took some effort but we finally got the car to start, I made it to Carolina Volkswagen and explained my situation and what my car was doing. Without hesitation Charles Hedrick got my car back to the Techs and immediately put me in a loaner for the day! His customer service was phenomenal and I will definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
