Amazing! I purchased a Passat from a different dealer. Took here to do an overall check. SO friendly! SO helpful! Honest! Waiting room was very comfortable and welcoming with phone chargers, snacks, coffee, water, and even desks to sit at and work if you’re there for a few hours. Best dealership I’ve been to, seriously! Okay but a little frustrating Our check engine light came on and we ended up needing to leave our vehicle for a few days due to holidays and difficulties in finding out what was wr Our check engine light came on and we ended up needing to leave our vehicle for a few days due to holidays and difficulties in finding out what was wrong with the vehicle. Ended up having to get a vw engineer engaged. Communication was not very good during this process which really added to the frustration. Also no loaner available. Never had issues before but this wasn’t a good experience. More
Was lied to, inconvenienced, and not given a reason. Took my car in for service, was told the service was completed, this was not true! When I was asked to bring it back the 2nd time to complete the serv Took my car in for service, was told the service was completed, this was not true! When I was asked to bring it back the 2nd time to complete the service I was told the 1st part was never completed by the service tech even though I had paperwork stating the task was completed!?? No answers were given when asked why the service manager lied about the task. I would be happy to talk to someone about this experience. More
