Amazing! I purchased a Passat from a different dealer. Took here to do an overall check. SO friendly! SO helpful! Honest! Okay but a little frustrating Our check engine light came on and we ended up needing to leave our vehicle for a few days due to holidays and difficulties in finding out what was wr Our check engine light came on and we ended up needing to leave our vehicle for a few days due to holidays and difficulties in finding out what was wrong with the vehicle. Ended up having to get a vw engineer engaged. Communication was not very good during this process which really added to the frustration. Also no loaner available. Never had issues before but this wasn’t a good experience. More

Was lied to, inconvenienced, and not given a reason. Took my car in for service, was told the service was completed, this was not true! When I was asked to bring it back the 2nd time to complete the serv Took my car in for service, was told the service was completed, this was not true! When I was asked to bring it back the 2nd time to complete the service I was told the 1st part was never completed by the service tech even though I had paperwork stating the task was completed!?? No answers were given when asked why the service manager lied about the task. I would be happy to talk to someone about this experience. More
