Less Than The first time we brought the Volkswagen car we purchased from you guys to service and it was less than expected… Asked for a price over the phone go The first time we brought the Volkswagen car we purchased from you guys to service and it was less than expected… Asked for a price over the phone got nothin after service ... Picked it up after the Service got nothing had to go to the cashier to actually check out to figure the bill which was not as stated but yet oddly enough less than quoted. Did not complete the services asked but did fix the issues and we left. More

No respect for your time Clueless service staff. Couldn’t answer simple questions. Booked appointment over the phone and gave all my information, but when I arrived, they were Clueless service staff. Couldn’t answer simple questions. Booked appointment over the phone and gave all my information, but when I arrived, they were not prepared at all and I had to waste time giving this info again...multiple times to multiple people. My car was taken in an hour and a half after my appointment time. My car was done and parked visibly out front for 45 minutes and no one came to get me. I finally got fed up and had to go to the counter to ask. Again they were clueless and unhelpful. Complete disregard for your time. Only good thing was the technician that worked on my car who just happened to be behind the counter and helped me get things moving along when I was trying to get out of there hours later. More

Fantastic Service Department We purchased a 2014 Beetle (not from this dealership). We had a few problems initially and they took care of it in a super professional manner. They t We purchased a 2014 Beetle (not from this dealership). We had a few problems initially and they took care of it in a super professional manner. They took the time to walk us through each repair and the cost, that was back in November. We had an additional issue happen yesterday, they got us right in, took care of it and simply said “no charge”. They have not only won a service customer but our next car, we’ll make sure start with Carolina Volkswagen! Shout out to John and the entire service department for taking care of our daughters car!
