Turned on my heat and realized it was not coming on until 3 or 4 on the dial. Called back and told them I didn’t it had been put back just right. When I returned I was told the fan was working and just so slightly on the first few numbers. Mechanic said my fan may be going out. To date I have had no more problems with it. They were very nice and courteous. Hopefully my heater fan will continue to operate well. Love my Passat and hope to have many years of enjoyment. More

THEN when it was finally done they charged her $440.66 !! and that was with a $100 discount supposedly. THEY DIDNT paint the housing they used the old one and put the innards of the NEW in. then they had the audacity to hand her the NEW housing and tell her it was an EXTRA!! SHE was charged $404.16 for (parts) and 99.95 for labor and $100 discount? totally LIED TOO! More
Not too good !!!! Made appointment to have two recalls taken care of. I was told it would take about an hour for the repair. The appointment was for Friday at 8:00. I didn’t receive any updates until I asked at 11:00. About 10 minutes later I was told they were behind. I was offered the choice of waiting or getting transportation home. I was told it would take about 45 minutes to finish my car so I waited. My car was ready at 12:00. I think 4 hours is unacceptable for what I was told was an hour job. While I was waiting six customers that came in after I did had their cars repaired and were on their way. I was pleased about the wash job. More
I wanted to make this my go to for all of my service needs. I really wanted to make this service center my go to center for my VW CC's needs. After my 1st visit I'm not sure if I can trust them to be honest abo I really wanted to make this service center my go to center for my VW CC's needs. After my 1st visit I'm not sure if I can trust them to be honest about my car's needs. I went in for a coolant leak.. Which they found it was due to a water pump leak. I was told it couldn't be sealed or repaired temporarily and pretty much if I drove it off that day, my engine could blow.. I was given 1 option! Pay $1600 for a water pump replacement. I was a little skeptical of that because my car wasn't over heating and I didn't have to continuously refill the reservoir.. so I could tell it wasn't a major leak.. I contacted a local foreign car repair shop and the leak has been sealed! Of course they recommended having the water pump replaced in the near future to completely stop the leak. That leaves me wondering why I wasn't given that same option by VW?? More

Initial servicing on my VW Passat My reason for service was for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When my car was returned, I was told that I needed additional service, alignment My reason for service was for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When my car was returned, I was told that I needed additional service, alignment and balancing, without proof of an issue. This was the first servicing of my vehicle period, and my vehicle displays ZERO signs of issues with alignment or tire balance. My request for proof that my vehicle was out of alignment was met with a bewildered look and a statement that leads one to believe that you simply cannot provide diagnostic proof and that I should take their word for it. GM has always provided a diagnostic view of my alignment on my other vehicles when I initially bring them in for service....and NEVER try to sell me servicing without proof. To further exasperate the issue with my initial service trip - I now have a service light on in my car (within 36 hours of leaving the dealership) telling me to check tires. So I checked tires and only had to relieve a little pressure out of one tire, but the light remains. Thanks Carolina Volkswagen. Scheduling servicing is a necessary inconvenience for everyone.....I get that; however, needing additional servicing after my initial servicing leaves me thoroughly frustrated. More
