Trying the " Other Guy " After years of going to the Volkswagen dealership where I have bought three cars I decided to try the other local dealership and I'm glad I did. “The little black lady” As I was checking out an employee was talking to John, I’m pretty sure his name was Dave, (he drives the shuttle van) described a customer by calling As I was checking out an employee was talking to John, I’m pretty sure his name was Dave, (he drives the shuttle van) described a customer by calling her the little black lady. She was sitting outside on the iron bench so she did not hear him. Dave seemed to genuinely want to help the woman out with the locks on her tires but I’m not sure why he said “little black lady” he could have said the lady who owns the Jetta. I’m not sure what his intentions were but his statement was upsetting to hear. More
