Her service was expedient and she was extremely pleasant. Everyone was in a hurry, and her service with a smile seemed to put everyone at ease. We were also pleased, because we took her car for the same noise issue to South Charlotte the VW on several occasions since we purchased it, but they were unable to identify the problem, but you all seem to have figured it out. We’re waiting on the parts, so we’ll see?! We look forward to bringing our car back to Carolina BMW for service in the future! More

Car service I’ve only taken my car for service there for a few months and I can say the experience hasn’t been bad. The staff is polite, there’s WiFi which is great and snacks as well. The only downside is the wait time. I was told it would only be an hour and a half but almost 3 hours later I was still in there. Another thing is every time my tires get rotated, my car ends up vibrating especially the steering wheel.. More

Regular service on my 2006 Beetle convertible I made an appointment for regular service on March 11, 2019. I bought my Beetle new from this dealership in 2006. And I always bring it back to this dealership for service. I was an hour early, but the service clerk took my car right away. I needed an oil and filter change and regular service, and at the clerk's suggestion I added a couple of other inexpensive items, one of which was rotation of the tires. In all the years I have brought my car here for service, this was the first time I have been totally satisfied. In the past there were numerous problems, but this time everything was done and done well. The woman who helped me was knowledgeable and knew the costs of various service items. I cannot stress enough that this was the FIRST time I have been totally satisfied with the service and its cost. Thank you!!! Katherine Griggs More

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating! Needed to take my VW in for a recall and oil change. They even had a lady offering free manicures! Service was very courteous and timely and I was able to take advantage of their shuttle service.
