State inspection I scheduled my inspection for 2:30, but arrived early and was met by Olga, who I have had as a service consultant in the past. The services they provided were completed well, however, the wait time before they even started working on my car was not acceptable given the fact that I had an appointment. More

Blown Engine The engine on my car exploded 18 hours after purchase from another dealer. Luckily, the car still had the manufacturers warranty on the power train. I took it to this dealer in hopes that it would still be covered. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the problem and informed the necessary people involved, in order to see if it would be covered under warranty. Higher Volkswagen was on the fence about giving me my warranty but the mechanic assured them that it was in fact a manufacturers defect - which caused the engine to explode. He achieved my warranty and they replaced the engine and all necessary parts that would need to be replaced. They gave me a nice loaner vehicle to use while they worked. In the many times I called to get updates and track the progress, I was always greeted in a very friendly mood and treated as such. They finished my car, it now runs amazing! Relieved that the mechanic fought for my warranty. More
