I got my oil changed and a recall issue fixed, I dropped my car off around 8:15 AM and they had it ready for me by 12:30 PM. They even shuttled me to and from the dealership. Super awesome staff -- will be seeing them for a long time to come! More

The service rep confronted me with it, and almost scolding me for giving such a low grade. I asked him if he knew why I gave that grade, but he did not know, nor cared. I was then treated pretty badly by several employees there, and a fix that was supposed to take 2 hours, took 2 days instead, and I was denied a loaner car. so I gave 5 stars down the line this time to see what happens next time. As for the survey, I did not appreciate seeing that it was completely ignored, except for the overall grade, after i took the time to fill it honestly. Further this survey is not helping you improve, as the employee could not care less about what was in it. More

Recall repair service Original work was done by another VW dealership for Tiguan sunroof lighting disconnect. This visit was to reconnect with the fix, a 3 hour process. Shuttle service was provided as well as pick up when service was done. Car was done when promised and nicely washed, ready to go. Hats off to Dave Brown, the shuttle driver, my new found friend, who also knows his VWs. I’ll be back. More

I asked that service recommend whether or not I needed the tires rotated because of wear. The waiting room was relatively quiet so I could concentrate on reviewing a report for work. Olga reported about an hour later on the recommended repair & fee. Suggested an alignment of the tires so they would wear more evenly. All the repairs were completed & the car washed by 12:30pm. The price was reasonable. More
