He's made me feel comfortable and makes sure that I understand each service and financial fee. During my first inspection, he even took me to the service garage to point out some areas under the car that were wearing down. I have never experienced such friendliness from a dealership than when I came to Carolina VW to service my Jetta. I initially came for a recall and even though this was a free visit, the mechanics l dealership than when I came to Carolina VW to service my Jetta. I initially came for a recall and even though this was a free visit, the mechanics looked over my car and made a list of things that needed to be fixed on my vehicle to make it "top-notch." I was very impressed when Brian explained each repair to me and gave me a honest opinion of what needed to be repaired to have a safe vehicle. Throughout all of my visits with Carolina VW, Brian was very professional and appeared to make the costumer happy his priority. I really appreciate all that he and the mechanics did for my Jetta. For the first time in several years, I feel my car is reliable after its repairs. More

This is my 3rd VW (2nd from Carolina VW) and because of the service and the respect I've come to expect, I'll come back when it's time for my next car or for the next service interval. While I was in the service area, I observed a customer who came in trying to track down a lost set of keys. It wasn't the fault of the service center (and they could've passed on the extra responsibility) but I watched as they went out of their way to help him in any way they could. Knowing how much replacement keys cost, I can only imagine what this customer felt while trying to find his keys. They found them and even helped him out with a part while he was there. More

I do believe that the difference between good and great is subject to a great deal of interpretation. They do seem to be more efficient than they were 2 years ago when I first started going there. The "personalization" of service is now close to that of the Mercedes dealership. Meaning that they make you feel like you are the most importanted customer they have. They volunteer services rather than being ask if they will do something. Example: I had and oil change and the sticker was not replaced. I called to see if since I was charged for this did it really happen or did they just forget to change the sticker. The immediate replay was an apology and offer to get me a sticker. Some places the customer would have to ask if they could get the sticker. More
I had a timing belt/water pump replaced on a '00s VW Golf. Repair was done well, service advisor took care of transport to/from work while car in shop, maintenance options were well-explained. Could have saved $100-200 having a friend do it, but personally felt it was worth it to get work done by factory-trained techs with a warranty on the repair. More
