I have been bringing in my VW since 2003 and I've never had a problem. They have always been to the point and even done some things they didn't have to do. My silver vw Jetta is 10 years old. I have had outstanding service from Joerg Kuehni through out the years, as I have had repairs and maintenance done through him. He is always helpful even when he is extremely busy at the shop. More

I have taken my car to Carolina Volkswagen for the past 8 years. Joerg has always been my "go to" guy. He is always patient with me, polite and communicates well. I suspect that working in the service department can be trying, no one likes to have car trouble not to mention the bill. I have never observed anything but a professional friendly attitude from Joerg. I also want to mention Lee, he usually does the work on my car and I have been so satisfied with his work. At a unusullay trying time for me, i had car trouble... it was expensive....he stepped in to help me understand the problem with my car. They have always treated me with respect and that is much appreciated and goes a long way. I will always use Carolina Volkswagen for service. Unless i win the lottery and upgraade to an Audi. More

I purchased my Passat from Carolina VW 10 years ago. Over this time I’ve use the dealership for service and have never had a bad experience. For the past 6 years I’ve worked with Joerg to schedule my service this time I’ve use the dealership for service and have never had a bad experience. For the past 6 years I’ve worked with Joerg to schedule my service and I have to say he is the main reason I keep coming back. He always takes time to explain everything and I feel he is honest, professional and cares about his customers. In fact, several years ago I went to leave work and my battery was dead. I happened to catch Joerg before he left work. In the pouring rain, he brought a battery to my workplace and installed it for me! He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Joerg! The car had a recall and other issues that I need advice/quotes on for repairs. It also needed to be inspected and Carolina VW was able to complete all my requests in a timely and professional manner advice/quotes on for repairs. I recently visited Carolina VW for my first service appointment since buying my 07 Passat several months ago. While I did not purchase my vehicle from Carolina VW, Brian (employee I work with) treated appointment since buying my 07 Passat several months ago. Also during this visited I walked the lot to view some of the new cars, I could not have been on the lot for more than a few seconds before I was approached by a salesman and asked if I need any help. All though I am not in the marketed for a new car when the time comes, this is the type of service that will stand out and bring me back to Carolina VW. More
