This was my first visit to the Carolina Volkswagen dealership and as soon as I walked in the door I felt right at home. I was greeted right away with a smile and felt very welcome. John worked very hard to get to the bottom of a very difficult check enginge light repair. It took multiple days of research and trapping to hone in on the problem. Each time I've dealt with Carolina VW, I've had a great experience. They are very friendly, courteous and the communication is awesome! You were waiting for a part and Brian called to let me know. This was extremely helpful in order for me to adjust my calendar. This is the 1st time I've used the roundtrip shuttle service and I didn't have to wait around to get a shuttle back to work. I was in and out and due to my schedule, that means a lot. On the return, I was called just before they arrived so I was able to get some business taken care of instead of standing around waiting for their arrival. The driver was absolutely fabulous. He was also friendly, courteous and very respectful. The detailing was done well but not as good as the last time. More

Dan in sales was very nice, one of my key transmitters needed to be reprogrammed and I arrived shortly before the department was closing at 6pm on Monday, he graciously helped me reprogram my fob. I made an appointment through Brian that day for an oil change on Wednesday. I had just purchased a used VW from a Hyundai dealer that Monday and they put the wrong type of oil into the car. I had my oil changed on Wednesday in which Brian in service took care of. They made me aware that I needed new tires. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. More
