I bought a new Jetta from this dealership in Dec 2008. I recently traded it in at another VW location closer to my home to upgrade to a CC(which I love). I was told that Carolina Volkswagen would provide me recently traded it in at another VW location closer to my home to upgrade to a CC(which I love). I was told that Carolina Volkswagen would provide me a refund for my warranty from the Jetta. It has now been 5 months since initiating this request with them and I still have no check. Their turnover rate is horrendous. I have had to repeat my story 6 times to new people. I thought one manager finally had it all together and told me he faxed my information in to the appropriate people to get me my money. That was over 2 months ago and still no check. And guess what, hes not there anymore! Since then I talked to another manager (2 weeks ago) who promised to help me and now hes not returning my calls. I am going to pursue this to get my money back, even if it means standing in front of their doors telling prospective buyers to go to the South Charlotte location (whose custome service is far superior) Be warned, these guys may be very nice on the phone but it stops there.
