We visited Carolina Volkswagen in September looking first for a car for my son. We worked with David Ingraham while we were there. David and the dealership were so good to work with that my daughter bought for a car for my son. We worked with David Ingraham while we were there. David arranged for my son to take the car(CC) he selected overnight to see if this was really the car he wanted. We traded a vehicle and felt the money that provided us with the trade was fair. We came to a mutual agreement with a car and payment my son was able to afford for his first car payment. My daughter also had been looking for a new vehicle for a couple of years and fell in love with the Tiguan. David again worked with her to establish the car and payment she was to afford. Would recommend this dealership, David and Peppe to anyone looking for a car. More

John is an outstanding Sales person, he listens to his customers and try to fulfill their requirements with his best resources. He provides each and every question in regards to anything about the deal customers and try to fulfill their requirements with his best resources. My wife and I, had both decided that we needed to upgrade our vehicles and decided to shop around to see what all was out there. She came in with a Volvo and I came in with a Dodge Truck. Although we had gone to other dealerships, including another Volkswagen dealership, we were blown away by the experience we received at Carolina VW. When we arrived, we were greeted by John and told him what we were looking for. He suggested initially the Volkswagen Passat which we both though was an extraordinary car. Just for kicks though, at the wife's request, we thought we would also check out the CC. We immediately fell in love with the CC. I don't think I have driven a car that even compares with the Volkswagen CC. We, however thought that this car was out of our price range until talking to John and the service manager. After the deals that that told use we could get on the Passat and the CC we both couldn't help but want the CC. Needless to say we both enthusiastically left the dealership with two brand new Volkswagen CC's, but that happened a few weeks later as we like to research a ton before making a decision. After checking out all the other dealerships in the areas and in other areas we just had to go back and get our cars from John and Carolina Volkswagen. More

When my husband and I first entered the dealership we were met by John. We were just looking and really didn't think we were ready to purchase a new car. John was great with that and very understanding, I told him when I was ready I would definitely call him. About a month later we stopped in again and spoke with John and I gave him the figure I could spend and not a penny more. John said no problem and never tried to over sell me. He found me an excellent car 2014 volts wagon beetle with the pricing I gave him. I have told all my friends and family about my experience with john. And will continue to do so. I purchased my executive EOS from a salesman named John Midkiff, I was only going to take a look at the VW and then continue on to Volvo's but after taking a test drive with John I was hooked! I am a small business owner and I know how very important it is to have employee's who are not only knowledgeable about what they are selling but a friendly personality is just as important and John has both so I want to pass this information on to his supervisor. I have already recommended John and VW to two of my friends. I actually phoned John for a brochure to give out and got it ASAP! I have purchased 8 cars over the last 8 years from multiple dealership in Mecklenburg and Union County, NC. It has ALWAYS been a hassle and I have always felt like I needed to go in with a sword and shield to get a fair price. Carolina Volkswagen was a completely different experience. I initially went in just to window shop with my 15 year old. She got her permit and we were cruising around looking at potential cars. She wanted to look at the VW Bug. We stopped at two dealerships previously and were given the cold shoulder once the sales person realized we were not buying that day and we were only window shopping. When we got to Carolina Volkswagen I was already over my limit of rudeness so my guard was up. Ron approached us and asked if we needed help. I was admittedly rude to him. I said, we are just looking and so forth. He said, " Great, let me help you look. What questions do you have and where would you like to start?" I was completely shocked. Not only did he want to help me but he was doing it with a smile and sincerity in his voice. So...long story short. I came back the next day and tested out the VW Passat for myself. I was unable to decide but did not get that uncomfortable "sales" pressure from Ron or anyone else I spoke with at the dealership that day. The next day, I went in and purchased the VW Passat for myself. Blaine helped me out because it was Ron's day off. Blaine was just as helpful and sincere. He was patient with my question and explained everything about my new vehicle. It was easy, pleasant and I am looking forward to my next experience with Carolina Volkswagen. More

I was really impressed by Carolina Volkswagen. Right when I pulled up Quincey was there to help me.
